As an educator, I focus on mentorship grounded in three key principles: additive learning, critical thinking, and empowerment. Inspired by my experiences as an athlete and coach, I view learning as a process of growth and resilience. I believe knowledge should build progressively, connecting skills across courses and experiences. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel safe to take risks, engage deeply with ideas, and apply what they learn beyond the classroom.
