DeepLink ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Strenly mobile application. This Privacy Policy outlines how we access, collect, and use your Health and Fitness data.
Strenly is a fitness tracking application. To provide our Service, the application accesses and collects the following Health and Fitness Data provided by the user:
Exercise Logs: Names of exercises performed (e.g., Deadlifts, Overhead Press).
Performance Metrics: Numerical data including weights lifted, number of repetitions, and sets completed.
Self-Assessment Data: Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) values.
Muscle Analytics: Data derived from exercise logs regarding muscle groups worked (Anterior deltoid, Gluteus maximus, etc.).
No account is required and all data is stored locally on your own device.
The Health and Fitness Data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Personal Progress Tracking: To display your workout history and track strength gains over time.
Volume Calculations: To calculate total weight moved per session or per muscle group.
Local Analytics: To provide visual feedback on which workout activity over time.
Note: We do not use any data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the App.
All Health and Fitness data is stored locally on your device's internal storage. DeepLink does not maintain external servers and cannot access your local database.
If you have enabled "Google Backup" on your Android device, your Strenly application and database will be included in your private Google Drive backup. This data is encrypted by Google. DeepLink does not have the keys to access or view this data; it is used solely for device-to-device restoration.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your Health and Fitness Data with any third-party services, including analytics providers or advertisers.
Service Providers: We do not use any third-party SDKs that monitor your fitness activity.
User-Controlled Manual Deletion: You maintain full ownership and control over your Health and Fitness Data. You may manually delete individual workout logs or clear your entire exercise history at any time through the application’s internal settings.
Google Drive Backup Management If you have linked a Google Drive account for backups, your data is held within your own personal cloud storage and is not accessible by DeepLink.
Unlinking Accounts: If you choose to unlink your Google Drive account from within the Strenly app, you will be prompted to choose whether to keep your existing backup files in your Google Drive or delete them permanently.
Backup Deletion: You can manually manage or delete these backup files at any time directly through your Google Drive storage interface.
Full Application Deletion Uninstalling the Strenly application will immediately and permanently delete all Health and Fitness Data stored locally on your device. Note that uninstalling the app does not automatically delete backups stored in your Google Drive; these must be managed or deleted as described in the "Unlinking Accounts" section above.
Strenly is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice or health diagnoses. Always consult with a professional before beginning a lifting program.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone.
