Street 21 Clinic Tampines was established in 1987 by Dr. Gan Tek Kah with a heartfelt mission—to provide affordable and accessible healthcare to the Tampines community.

For over 40 years, Dr. Gan has dedicated himself to caring for generations of families, becoming a trusted and beloved figure in the neighborhood. His unwavering commitment to the well-being of his patients has made a lasting impact on the community.

Today, his legacy continues with Dr. Jeriel Tan and Dr. Joy Lin, who have joined the practice, carrying forward the same passion and dedication to serving the people of Tampines with warmth and compassion.
