Streamline & Synchronize: 

In my ATD Instructional Design and e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate Programs, I completed an Application Project where I applied my knowledge and skills to create a face-to-face learning solution.   I chose to extend my practice into how I might deliver an interactive and collaborative learning experience this training in a virtual, synchronous e-Learning course, as well as an asynchronous e-learning course.

Summary of Project: 

• I chose the provided scenario of designing a training module for a small non-profit organization aimed at improving internal communication efficiency. 

• This project showcased my ability to design effective training solutions of varying methodologies that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, ultimately enhancing internal communication within the organization.
