This Privacy Policy explains how SIYING PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application StreamHub - IPTV Player (package name: com.cft.streamhub.player) (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. ABOUT THE APP
StreamHub - IPTV Player is a media player for M3U / M3U8 playlists, stream URLs, and local media files that you provide. We do NOT host, provide, sell, or distribute any TV channels, streams, or media content. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the legal right to access any content you load into the App.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information you provide
- Playlist URLs, stream links, and playlist files that you import.
- Favorites, watch history, and app settings (for example, language).
This data is stored locally on your device only. We do not upload it to our servers.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the App, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:
- Device or other identifiers: Android Advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, app set ID.
- App info and performance: crash logs, diagnostics, app version, and performance data.
- App interactions: screens viewed, features used, session length, and ad interactions.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, and network type.
We do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information.
2.3 Device permissions
- Internet / network state: to load playlists, play streams, and show ads.
- File / media access: only when you choose to open a local playlist or media file. Files stay on your device.
- Notifications (Android 13+): to send optional app notifications. You can turn this off at any time in system settings.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information to:
- Provide, run, and maintain the App's core features.
- Remember your playlists, favorites, history, and preferences.
- Diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.
- Understand how the App is used so we can improve it.
- Show advertisements, including personalized ads where you have given consent.
- Measure ad performance and attribute app installs.
- Send notifications, if you allow them.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES
The App is free and supported by ads. Ad partners may use your Advertising ID to show ads that are more relevant to you.
- Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: we ask for your consent through a consent form (Google UMP) before using personal data for personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings.
- All users: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) on your device.
6. DATA SHARING
We do NOT sell your personal information. Data is shared only:
- With the third-party service providers listed in Section 4, for the purposes described above.
- When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
- To protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the App, or the public.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. DATA SECURITY
All data sent between the App and third-party services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Local data (playlists, favorites, history, settings) stays on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
- Data collected by third parties is kept according to each provider's retention policy.
- To request deletion of data linked to your device, email daizy.moe.y@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will respond within 30 days.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EEA/UK or CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Opt out of personalized advertising or the "sharing" of personal information.
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective date". Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
