How GIRLS Learn

PSA Video

The COVID-19 pandemic has made its mark across the globe causing schools to make difficult decisions in terms of instructional models.

The debate of how students should learn during the pandemic has been an ongoing conversation. Some people say that virtual learning is the best option while others believe that face to face instruction should continue.

My PSA video is about the reasons why girls can't go to school and solutions to fix the problem of girls not being able to go to school.

Using mathematical data, scientific findings, and other research, the scholars created an original Public Service Announcement (PSA) advocating for girls’ education. Scholars had to consider their experiences with learning during the pandemic and the points of view of national and local leaders on education during this time.

My video is to make people aware of how serious this virus has brought things down, but to also bring awareness to how it's taken a toll on girls and their education.

Students use this information to draw inferences from data. A random sample must be used in conjunction with the population to get accuracy

MGSE7.SP.2 Use data from a random sample to draw inferences about a population with an unknown characteristic of interest. Generate multiple samples of the same size to gauge the variation in estimates or predictions.
