This Privacy Policy explains how Streak Stack ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer listed on the Google Play store listing for Streak Stack (the "Game"), handles information when you use the Game.

You may contact us at the email address above with any question or request regarding your data, including requests to access or delete it. We respond to privacy inquiries within [30] days.
We collect only the information needed to operate the Game and understand how players use it.
Gameplay and statistics data. Scores, levels reached, progress, session length, in-game choices, achievements, and similar gameplay events.
Device and technical data. Device model, operating system version, language and country setting, app version, and general performance or crash information.
Identifiers. A randomly generated player or installation identifier, and where applicable the Android Advertising ID or an app-set ID, used to distinguish one player's statistics from another's.
Account information (if you sign in). If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, we receive your Play Games player ID and display name. We do not receive your Google account password.
Purchase information (if applicable). If you make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes the transaction and provides us with a purchase confirmation and order identifier. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We do not knowingly collect your name, postal address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive personal information.
We use the information described above only to:
Operate the Game and save your progress
Compile aggregate and per-player statistics on how the Game is played
Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve balance, difficulty, and features
Provide leaderboards, achievements, or other features you choose to use
Detect cheating, abuse, and fraudulent purchases
Respond to your support or privacy requests
We do not use your information for profiling, credit or eligibility decisions, or any purpose unrelated to running and improving the Game.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your information is shared only in these limited circumstances:
Service providers acting on our behalf. We use the following providers, which process data solely to deliver their service to us:
Google LLC — Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, and [Firebase Analytics / Firebase Crashlytics / Google Play Services]. Google's handling of this data is governed by the policies.google.com.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid governmental request, or to protect our legal rights, user safety, or the integrity of the Game.
Business transfer. If our business or the Game is acquired or merged, information may transfer to the successor entity, which will remain bound by this policy or provide notice of any change.
Note that Google Play itself collects data when you download or use any app from the store, independently of us. That collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy linked above.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including:
Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
Encryption of stored data at rest [adjust if not accurate]
Access restricted to authorized personnel who need it to do their jobs
Regular review of our systems and third-party components
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain gameplay and statistics data for as long as your installation remains active and for up to [12/24] months afterward, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Crash and diagnostic logs are retained for [90 days]. We retain purchase records for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

Using the [Delete Account / Delete My Data] option in the Game's settings menu, or
When you request deletion, we delete your player record and associated statistics rather than merely deactivating them. Some information may remain in encrypted backups for up to [30/90] days before being overwritten, and we may retain records we are legally required to keep. Uninstalling the Game removes data stored locally on your device but does not by itself delete data held on our servers.
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us information may contact us at [privacy@yourdomain.com].
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Since we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, there is nothing to opt out of.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the Game before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the revised policy.
