Will volunteers get paid for their job?

Not directly. I can't pay you with robux i get from the games because i use assets i don't own BUT i can pay you with robux i get from group merchandising that doesn't use assets from the game and if you are 18 years old Roblox allows you to turn the robux into real money

Do you have to be 18 to be a volunteer?

No, since i would pay you with robux and not real money you don't have to be 18 to volunteer, but if you are you can later turn the robux in real money, so it's not necessary that you are 18 to be a volunteer

Advantages of volunteering 

Recognition.

I always plan my games to have an envolving story with huge lore and to innovate in certain things which call player's attention.

For example, Himiko's Biggest Secret is the biggest Yandere Simulator fangame made and on Roblox, it's a big project and it will very probabbly get famous because of that (And other things i can't rebeall yeat because they would be massive spoilers).

If you help with important aspects of the games, like scripting or art, your name will be on the "Credits" of the main menu and in "Volunteers" also in the main menu.

All the volunteers will have an easter egg in the games that represents them, like the plushies in Yandere Simulator. I would like that the volunteers also have plushies but i would need 3D Modellers and Artists for that, so untill i get those type of volunteers it could be just hidden posters or something like that. I'll let you decide untill then.

If you are willing to be someone with recognition at your specific job as a Roblox developer or artist, you could get a lot more of recognition by helping into such big projects and more if they get famous.
