Straw Brook Bakery is a one-person bakery on the White River in West Hartford, VT. I bake out of an old general store, and solely for the Norwich Farmers' Market. This runs every Saturday, 9-1, May through October. We move inside to Tracy Hall, and that runs twice a month, December through April. November and December markets are a little variable, check in with the market website for updates closer to that time. January-April hours at Tracy Hall are 10-1.
