Stratium End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: April 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Shashwat Patel ("Developer") for the use of the Stratium mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute the App

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

- Use the App for unlawful purposes

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, design, features, and code, are owned by Shashwat Patel. The App is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. No Financial Advice

Stratium provides informational insights and estimates only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any financial loss, damages, or decisions made based on the App.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

7. Changes to Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
