The Club, when originally created, used the large area behind the Pavilion now known as "Cromarty Lawn" and would have been established when the Pavilion was built and the demand for a Bowling Green was made to the organisation.

The Club moved to the present green around 1930.

In 1994 the land including the Clubhouse and the green were transferred to named Trustees/members - Donald MacRae, Gavin Catto and Roderick Macleod and we paid the Highland Lass Estates £1.

The official opening of the green usually takes place around the third Saturday in April and the official closing takes place at the end of September.  Our AGM should take place around a suitable date in October/November.
