Welcome residents and future residents of the Strathmore subdivision in Macomb Township, Michigan. We are located thirty minutes north of Detroit in Macomb County and just a short drive to I-94 and M-53. Our neighborhood is located just south of 26 mile road and close to shopping plazas, movie theaters, Partridge Creek Shopping Center, and Lakeside Mall.
The Strathmore Homeowners Association seeks to provide a family friendly and well maintained neighborhood. This website provides information on the community financials, upcoming neighborhood events, volunteer opportunities, association rules and the contact information for each board member.

•The annual HOA meeting was held on June 28, 2018 at the Clinton Macomb Library. Please view the Meeting Minutes and Financials for meeting information.
•Please remember to slow down in the streets of the sub. Now that the weather is nicer, more and more children are out playing and we want everyone to be safe!!
•Lets all keep our grasses clean (weed–free), cut and green! Keep Strathmore a beautiful area to live in.
•When cutting grass, please do not blow your grass clippings into the street and leave them there. CLEAN UP YOUR YARD WASTE.
•Per our association By-Laws: Campers/RV’s, Watercrafts and trailers cannot be store in the street or in your driveway.
•Mailboxes and upkeep is the responsibility of the home owner, not the HOA. If repairs are made, please keep same mailbox and same tree configuration. THIS IS ENFORCED BY THE USPS.
•Free standing sheds are not approved structures, Accessory builds are. Please contact board members for more information.
•Please do not allow anyone to climb on the Strathmore fence or sign. Safety is a priority.
•Vehicles can not block sidewalks when parked on or near your property.
•Commercial businesses can not be run out of your home per the HOA By-Laws.
