Braden Sheehan
Braden Sheehan is a collegiate swimmer at Rowan University with a deep commitment to coaching and fitness. As an NCAA All American and NJAC Champion, Braden brings years of experience both in the pool and on the coaching deck. He is majoring in Health and Physical Education, combining his expertise in sports with a strong understanding of health, fitness, and nutrition. Braden is proud to be a coach at the Stratford Swim Club, where he swam for most of his life, and he also coaches at TNT Swimming, a program at Rowan University. His love for coaching is driven by a desire to help athletes of all ages improve their skills, strength, and performance, while also focusing on building a strong foundation of health and wellness.

Bobby Woodward
Bobby Woodward is a former collegiate baseball player at Immaculata University, where he played as a catcher. He is a 3-time Atlantic East Conference Champion, Bobby combines his athletic achievements with a strong academic background. He has a Bachelor degree in Sports and Business Management with minors in Entrepreneurship and International Business. Bobby was a swimmer at the Stratford Swim Club and has a deep passion for fitness and sport-based training. His ultimate goal is to own and operate his own athletic gym one day, helping others achieve their peak performance through a combination of training and wellness. He is currently in Life and Health Insurance sales.

The Stratford Swim Club Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to help young athletes improve their performance, stay healthy, and have fun. Whether your child is a competitive swimmer, multi-sport athlete, or just looking to get stronger and more active, this program provides structured, age-appropriate training led by experienced coaches.
Our workouts emphasize proper movement mechanics, mobility, and core strength β all key factors in injury prevention and long-term athletic development.

Each session, athletes complete a workout built around functional movement. Our sessions are:
