Strategic Information Network

(SIN)

The Strategic Information Network links researchers at the Universities of Birmingham and Warwick in the UK with other collaborators. We study information, disclosure and decision making. We're an interdisciplinary mix of psychologists, economists and behavioural scientists.

We are especially interested in:

  • information avoidance

  • moral wiggle room

  • information selection

  • the use and misuse of information in decision making

We meet each month to share our ideas and work in progress. Guest speakers are welcome: if you'd like to come and present your work in one of our sessions, get in touch. We'd be delighted to hear from you!
