Stratamedic is built on deep, firsthand understanding of how healthcare actually works. Grounded in decades of experience across clinical practice and education, the company recognizes what it feels like when new technologies, devices, and processes are introduced into already stretched systems - where the expectation is to adapt quickly, get it right, and never compromise patient care, despite limited time and capacity.
Again and again, the same pattern emerges: powerful innovations with real potential struggle to gain traction - not because they lack value, but because they don’t fully align with the realities of clinical practice. New tools don’t just add capability; they reshape workflows, increase cognitive load, and require learning in environments where time is already scarce.
Stratamedic exists to bridge that gap.
By bringing together strategy, commercialization, and education, the company helps healthcare and medtech organizations translate innovation into real-world use. The focus is not just on launching ideas, but on ensuring they work - within the constraints, pressures, and complexity of everyday care delivery.
At its core, Stratamedic is about making sure great ideas don’t stall, but instead reach the people they’re meant to help - practically, effectively, and sustainably.

My work is grounded in real experience - on the front lines of healthcare, in education, and in leadership roles shaping the adoption of new technologies.
I began my career as a clinician, gaining firsthand insight into the realities of delivering care in complex, high-pressure environments. That experience has remained a constant lens through which I approach every opportunity. As my career evolved into healthcare education and later into senior leadership roles in medtech, I focused on one critical challenge: how to ensure innovation translates into real-world use and impact.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of clinical practice, education, and technology—leading initiatives in immersive training, digital transformation, and the integration of simulation into clinical learning environments. This has involved partnering closely with healthcare teams, developing scalable education strategies, and supporting the adoption of technologies designed to improve both clinician confidence and patient outcomes.
Across every role, one theme has remained clear and constant: innovation only creates value when it is successfully adopted.
That belief is what led to the creation of Stratamedic. Today, the focus is on bringing together clinical insight, strategic thinking, and practical execution to help organizations move beyond ideas and into meaningful, scalable impact - ensuring that innovation works not just in theory, but in the real world.
