Bringing history alive

We focus on  the history of conflict from all areas of the world, starting in the Stone Age and running right through to the 21st century. All our artefacts are part of a handling collection that you can pick up, use and experience fully. 

We specialise in bringing the history of conflict to people who may, for whatever reason, find it difficult to access a traditional museum experience. There can be barriers to accessing heritage. Whether it's your mental health, your financial situation, you mobility or another circumstance, you can still immerse yourself in the history of conflict with our engaging and educational history shows. We believe in making history accessible to all, ensuring that nobody misses out on our shared heritage.

We curate a collection of stories, told through our collections of artefacts including medal sets, deactivated weapons, uniforms, pottery, coins and other items.
