Community Agreement /
We will actively contribute to a living document held on our class website and expand upon the following statements.
We embrace the notion of a rigorous but safe creative environment where experimentation and risk-taking is highly encouraged, where our voices and perspectives are necessary in crafting multi-dimensional work, knowing we are part of a larger whole, a collective of makers. Our aim is to practice listening and actively contribute to the dialogue in the room, taking agency for oneself and our ensembles.

We will work together honoring our differences and celebrating the gifts we each bring to the table. We will treat one another with politeness and respect at all times and, if we are subjected to or witness bullying and harassment, we will speak out knowing that our voices will be heard and we will be taken seriously. - Look for the balance of contributing + listening within your ensembles.
- We work together and attempt to solve issues in the room when they happen as best we can.
- Try to lead with curiosity.
- We aim to find the joy in our work and the ability to laugh at ourselves.
- Mistakes are important and necessary to learn and discover.
- Everyone is learning and trying to grow.
