Legal Age: The teacher must meet the legal age requirement according to the laws of their country. We also have the right to restrict teachers from certain countries without explaining why.

Non-Discrimination: We accept teachers of any age, gender, religion, race, or background.

Language Skills: The teacher must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

Educational Qualifications: The teacher must have completed at least a bachelor’s degree, regardless of specialization. If the teacher is pursuing a master’s degree, it should be mentioned in their resume.

Experience for Younger Students: Teachers for Pre-Nursery to Grade 4 must have at least 3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.

Experience for Competitive Exams: Teachers preparing students for competitive exams must have at least 5 years of teaching experience.

Experience for Older Students: Teachers for Grade 5 and above should have at least 5 years of experience teaching specific subjects.

Tech Skills: The teacher must be comfortable using technology and be tech-savvy.

Higher Education Requirement: Teachers for Grade 6 to Post-Graduation must have a Master’s Degree or higher. However, this is not required for teachers with degrees in fields like computer science, IT, law, pharmacy, finance, or certain science subjects.

Undergraduate Degree for Younger Students: Teachers for Pre-Primary to Grade 5 must have at least a bachelor’s degree.

Curriculum-Specific Experience: Teachers for IGCSE, GCSE, or IB programs must have studied in the same system. This is not required for teachers from CISCE or CBSE backgrounds.

Medium of Instruction: Teachers for Hindi or regional language students must have studied in the same medium. However, this is not required for teachers from CISCE, CBSE, or NIOS.

Exclusions: We do not accept teachers who graduated from religious-affiliated schools.

Introductory Video: All applicants must submit an introductory video and a demo lesson video (if asked). These will help us evaluate your teaching style and communication skills.

Academic Gap: There should be no gap longer than 3 years between high school graduation and earning a bachelor’s degree.

Language Proficiency: Teachers should know multiple languages, such as English, French, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Tamil, Telugu, Malay,  Bengali, etc. to serve students from different regions, including India (Bharat) and rest other countries.

Extracurricular Teachers: Teachers for activities like chess, sports, martial arts, dance, music, public speaking, etc., must have a bachelor’s degree, certification in their field, and at least 3 years of experience.

Clear Background Check: All prospective teachers must undergo a background check to ensure safety and integrity. This may include verifying prior work and legal history(if applicable).

Communication Skills: Teachers should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members, especially in online settings.
