Notice: Ensuring Scheduled Holidays for Tutors and Students
Dear Tutors,
It has come to our attention that there have been concerns raised by parents regarding the frequency of holidays granted to students by their appointed tutors, particularly on festive occasions. In light of this feedback, we are implementing a new policy to ensure better coordination and clarity regarding holiday schedules for both tutors and students.
Effective immediately, we request all tutors to adhere to a predetermined schedule for granting holidays to their respective appointed students. This schedule will be communicated to you individually based on your availability and preferences, taking into account the needs of both tutors and students.
Additionally, we understand the importance of providing tutors with adequate time for rest and rejuvenation, especially during festive or national holidays. Therefore, we will ensure that tutors registered under our consultancy have designated free time during such occasions. It is essential for tutors to recharge and refresh themselves to maintain the quality of their teaching and support for students.
We recognize that inconsistency in granting holidays can reflect poorly on our consultancy, as it may create concerns among parents or guardians regarding the reliability of our services. By establishing a structured approach to holiday scheduling, we aim to address these concerns and uphold our commitment to providing a reliable and professional educational experience.
Furthermore, it is imperative to note that tutors from India engaged in online private tuition with students abroad are not permitted to grant holidays. In the event of any absence, tutors must arrange for substitute classes for their students. This ensures continuity in the learning process and maintains our commitment to delivering quality education.
Lastly, even after mentioning the national holiday and public holiday list, it will be the sole duty of the appointed tutor whether to give holiday to student or not. Tutors are entrusted with the responsibility to assess the necessity and impact of holidays on their students' learning progress.
Thank you for your cooperation in implementing these changes. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Best regards,
Director In-charge
