Performance Standards: Tutors are obligated to uphold an elevated standard of proficiency in delivering educational services and actively participating in extracurricular activities.
Code of Conduct: Adherence to the company's prescribed code of conduct is imperative, with transgressions potentially culminating in dismissal.
Professionalism: Tutors are anticipated to exemplify professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining a decorum of utmost integrity.
Attendance and Punctuality: Consistent attendance and punctuality are deemed indispensable. Protracted absenteeism or habitual tardiness may precipitate dismissal.
Ethical Conduct: Any manifestation of unethical behavior, encompassing but not confined to plagiarism, dishonesty, or inappropriate conduct, constitutes grounds for dismissal.
Communication Skills: Tutors are mandated to manifest effective communication acumen. Ineffectual communication impeding the learning process may serve as grounds for dismissal.
Background Verification: The furnishing of false information during the hiring process or the detection of discrepancies in the background check may precipitate immediate termination.
Educational Qualifications: Tutors must possess requisite educational qualifications commensurate with the grade levels they instruct. Falsification of credentials may result in dismissal.
Safety and Well-being: The paramountcy of ensuring the safety and well-being of students is non-negotiable. Non-compliance with safety protocols or instances of negligence may result in dismissal.
Conflict Resolution: Tutors are expected to navigate conflicts judiciously and collaboratively. Failure to adeptly resolve conflicts may be factored into the dismissal process.
Evaluation and Improvement: Tutors are strongly encouraged to actively partake in performance evaluations and immerse themselves in continual professional development. Failure to effectuate improvements based on feedback may impact sustained employment.
Notice Period: In cases warranting dismissal, a notice period shall be proffered, within which tutors are expected to discharge their responsibilities. However, it is underscored that, in the majority of instances, no notice period shall be extended.
Appeals Process: Tutors possess the entitlement to appeal dismissal decisions. The company shall conduct a comprehensive review of appeals with an unwavering commitment to fairness and impartiality.
Confidentiality: Tutors are enjoined to maintain the strictest confidentiality concerning sensitive information pertaining to students, parents, and the company. Breach of confidentiality may precipitate dismissal.
No re-joining : Once a tutor has left our service, regardless of the reasons furnished, they are not eligible for rejoining. We uphold this policy to maintain consistency and reliability within our tutoring team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Therefore, former tutors seeking reengagement are respectfully advised that their applications will not be considered.
This dismissal policy functions as a guiding framework, and the company retains the prerogative to modify or amend it as deemed necessary.
