SERVICE AND PAYEMENT GUIDELINES

At Super Tutor Private Tuition, we do not charge guardians directly for our services. Instead, we operate on a model where our tutors contribute a percentage of their earnings to support our platform and continuously enhance the quality of our services.

Please Note:

• All payments must be made via online modes only (UPI, bank transfers, or other digital payment platforms).

• Any processing fees or transaction charges levied by banks or payment platforms must be borne by the guardian or the student.

• We strongly request all guardians or students to refrain from making any private settlement or side arrangements with the tutor. This ensures transparency, accountability, and quality assurance from our end.

• Super Tutor Private Tuition reserves the exclusive right to decide the tuition fee plan applicable to each tutor based on various criteria, including experience, qualifications, and subject matter.

1. The Super Tutor Admin cum Coordinator will collect the monthly non-refundable fees from students or parents in advance, either at the beginning of each month or before the tuition classes commence. All fees will be calculated on a monthly basis.  

2. For the first month, the admin of the Super Tutor team will deduct 30% of the total fees as service charges from the appointed tutor's tuition fees. For subsequent months, the admin will deduct 20% of the total fees as service charges from the tutor, as long as the student continues tuition with the same tutor.  

3. All monthly fees will be collected exclusively by the Super Tutor Admin or Director through online payment before the first class of every month. Parents are strictly prohibited from paying tuition fees directly to the appointed tutor under any circumstances. If a parent or guardian bypasses this policy and pays the tutor directly, and later decides to change the tutor, our consultancy will not be able to provide a replacement tutor or refund the fees.  

4. After receiving the student's tuition fees in advance from the guardian, the appointed tutor's salary will be disbursed by the Director of the Super Tutor company after 15 days.  

Example for clear understanding:

Let’s assume the total monthly fee for a student is ₹4000.

1. First month:  

   - Total fee: ₹4000  

   - Admin service charge (30% of ₹4000): ₹1200  

   - Tutor will receive: ₹4000 - ₹1200 = ₹2800  

2. Second month onwards:  

   - Total fee: ₹4000  

   - Admin service charge (20% of ₹4000): ₹800  

   - Tutor will receive: ₹4000 - ₹800 = ₹3200  

In this example, the tutor receives a reduced amount due to the service charges deducted by the admin.

HOURLY BASIS TUITION FEE PLAN (50-50 Model)

To maintain transparency and fairness, Super Tutor Private Tuition follows a standard 50-50 service charge model for hourly-based classes.

🔹 Fee Distribution Policy

• 50% of the total hourly tuition fee will be charged by Super Tutor Private Tuition as a service charge.

• The remaining 50% will be paid to the tutor.

This model ensures that both the tutor and our platform benefit equally while maintaining service quality, student acquisition, and administrative support.

Example for Better Understanding

Suppose a student is enrolled for an hourly tuition class where the total fee is ₹600 per hour.

Total Fee Charged to Student

₹600

Super Tutor’s Service Charge (50%)

₹300

Tutor’s Earnings (50%)

₹300

If the tutor teaches 10 hours in a month at ₹600/hour:

• Total collected from the student = ₹600 x 10 = ₹6000

• Tutor’s share = ₹300 x 10 = ₹3000

• Super Tutor’s share = ₹300 x 10 = ₹3000

Important Notes

• Tutors can suggest their preferred hourly rate (subject to market demand and approval).

• This 50-50 model applies only to hourly-based individual sessions, not for monthly batch programs unless mentioned.

• Payments to tutors are usually settled monthly or bi-weekly, depending on the agreement.

• In case of missed classes, tutors must inform both the student and the admin team to avoid disputes.

• Service charges cover: student acquisition, admin support, scheduling, technical help, and promotional costs.

1. Visit our website and complete the Tutor Requirement Form to find a tutor, either online or in person.

2. Our Super Tutor Team will match you (or your child) with a tutor that fits your needs.

3. Once we find a match, we'll inform you through WhatsApp or email, sharing the tutor's academic qualifications and other details. Please note that we won't give you the tutor's contact info at this stage. If we can't find a suitable tutor, we'll let the parent or student know. Requirement for a tutor will be closed if no response is received from the client's part within the span of 2 days.

4. To get the tutor's contact details, pay an advance fee of $19 (USD). This fee is separate from the tutor's tuition fee and covers our Tutor Appointment or Tutor Referral Service only. The fee is non-refundable once our Coordinator shares the tutor's contact details. You can pay online using methods like PayPal, Razorpay, GPay, PhonePe, BHIM, MobiKwik, WhatsApp Payment, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, eCash, etc.

5. After payment, our Coordinator will send the tutor's contact information to your registered WhatsApp number or email ID.

6. From there, you can communicate directly with your chosen tutor about details and arrangements, such as tuition timing, days, and monthly fees charged by the tutor.

1. The tutor must reach out to the management team with a request.

2. A discussion meeting will be arranged to understand the tutor’s background, performance, and contribution.

3. Based on this, a custom payment plan may be created.

4. Final terms will be documented and agreed upon by both parties.

• These special plans are not automatic or guaranteed.

• They are reviewed from time to time based on ongoing performance and cooperation.

• If a tutor fails to meet expectations or violates any rules, the special plan may be withdrawn.
