A home tutor is an independent freelance educator unless specifically employed on payroll by Super Tutor Private Tuition. The consultancy is not liable for the tutor’s teaching quality, punctuality, or conduct during or after the service period.

👨‍🎓 Who is a Student?

A student is the client who receives educational services from the appointed tutor. Tutor contact is shared only after the student (or guardian) fills the enquiry form and the tutor pays the agency commission.

👪 Who is a Parent or Guardian?

For students below 18 years, the parent or guardian acts as the primary client. A parent may be a blood relative (mother, father, sibling), and a guardian may be any caretaker. The consultancy does not verify legal documents of guardianship or accept liability for authenticity.

📋 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

For Students / Parents / Guardians:

• ✅ Verify the tutor’s academic qualifications and teaching experience before finalizing.

• ✅ Attend demo classes only if the tutor agrees.

• ✅ Encourage punctuality, discipline, and homework completion.

• ✅ Maintain respectful and timely communication with the appointed tutor.

• ✅ Confirm timing, mode (offline/online), and fees prior to starting.

🧪 DEMO CLASS & TUTOR APPOINTMENT POLICY

• 💰 A non-refundable $10 USD (or equivalent in INR) fee is required to schedule a demo class.

• 📩 Demo Fee covers tutor appointment service only and is separate from regular tuition charges.

• ✅ Accepted payment methods: Razorpay, GPay, PhonePe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others.

• 🔁 FCFS (First Come First Serve) policy is strictly followed.

• 📍 We try to assign tutors based on the address and subject preferences provided in the enquiry form.

⚠️ CLASS DISRUPTION & SUSPENSION TERMS

❌ Offline Tuition Suspensions May Occur Due To:

• Natural calamities (floods, waterlogging, thunderstorms)

• Pandemic/epidemic outbreaks

• Government-imposed lockdowns or emergency restrictions

❌ Online Tuition Suspensions May Occur Due To:

• Electricity failure at tutor’s location

• Internet shutdown or network failure

📢 Note: No backup classes will be provided in these cases.

In Case of Illness:

• 🤒 If the student or anyone at their home is ill: switch to online mode temporarily.

• 🤕 If the tutor is ill: classes will continue online until recovery.

🚫 PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & BOUNDARIES

• 🎁 No gifts should be offered to the tutor by students or parents.

• 🍽️ Do not serve food or invite tutors to festive occasions.

  • Check notebooks regularly.

  • Encourage neatness, homework completion, and attendance.

  • Stay in regular touch with the tutor.

• I agree to pay the quoted service and tuition fees on time.

• I accept all terms & policies of the consultancy.
