At Super Tutor Private Tuition (STPT), we believe in helping students and parents make informed decisions when choosing the right tutor. To support this, we offer a one-time demo class service for prospective students. Please read the policy carefully before proceeding.

🔹 1. Demo Class Fee

• A non-refundable fee of $10 USD must be paid in advance to schedule a demo class.

• This amount is independent of the tutor's actual monthly tuition fee.

• It covers our administrative cost for Tutor Appointment and Coordination only.

🔹 2. Payment Guidelines

• Payments must be made via online methods only, including:
  PayPal, Razorpay, GPay, PhonePe, BHIM, MobiKwik, WhatsApp Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.

• Once payment is received, we will confirm your booking and share the tutor’s contact details.

🔹 3. Scope of the Demo Class

• The demo class will be 30–45 minutes in duration (based on subject and level).

• The purpose is to help students assess teaching quality, and tutors to understand student requirements.

• A demo class does not guarantee long-term engagement, and both parties are free to proceed or not after the session.

🔹 4. Tutor Assignment

• Tutors are matched based on the information provided in the Tutor Requirement Form.

• If we cannot find a suitable tutor, your payment will not be processed.

• Once the contact details of the tutor are shared, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

🔹 5. No Rescheduling or Repetition

• The demo class can be scheduled once per subject per student.

• Requests for repeat or rescheduled demo classes will require a new $10 fee.

🔹 6. Communication Protocol

• All coordination will be done through WhatsApp or Email only.

• Phone calls are not entertained due to high teaching loads and network limitations.

🔹 7. After the Demo Class

• You may discuss directly with the tutor regarding class timings, frequency, and monthly fees.

• If satisfied, you are free to start regular tuition sessions as mutually agreed.
