Gas heater and wood-burning fireplace.  Firewood provided by guest.

Kitchen: fridge, 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, utensils.

Beds: upstairs queen size and full size separated by a cased opening. Downstairs has a sleeper futon.  Bedding (pillows/blankets) provided by guest.

Bathroom: shower.  Towels provided by guest.

Television plays DVDs only.  Selection of DVDs, books, and games provided.

Outside: Picnic table, charcoal grill, water hose, fire ring.  Charcoal and firewood provided by guest.
