Mr. Jay wrote a story about a rock! A normal everyday rock! He gave life and excitement to something you've probably walked by hundreds of times. Look around you- what simple thing could you be inspired by to create a story? Write a creative story about an everyday object. You can use personification to give the object human characteristics, consider a different perspective, or create a brand new character like Ricky! Think outside the box and have FUN!
