Your privacy and data security are of utmost importance to us. We are committed to responsibly managing, protecting, and using your personal information.

 

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with a clear understanding of what personal information may accessed when you use Story Coloring (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and how we may collect and use your personal information when you allow us to gather data.

 

We may reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our privacy practices and to keep you informed about our privacy practices. Please check our app or the relevant Google Play Store page regularly for the latest information about our privacy practices. If we make any changes, we will notify you through the application, post a notice on the application, publish an application notice on our Google Play Store page, or use a combination of these methods to inform you. If you continue to use the application after updates to the Privacy Policy, it will signify your acceptance of the modified policy. In certain cases, explicit acceptance of the changes to the Privacy Policy may be required. If you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, please discontinue using the application immediately.

 

1. What Information Do We Collect?

 

i. Device Information

We collect your device and network connection information to provide you with a better experience when using our application. This includes SDK/API/JS code version, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent device identifier, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, language location, time zone, and network state (Wi-Fi, etc.), CPU, battery usage, screen resolution, memory usage, storage usage, SIM operator, SIM card country, application release status in Google Play, ad loading strategy, ad platform, and advertising placement ID, phone height, and width, SIM operator name, operating system version, etc. We store the information collected through the Android ID tied to the device you are using. In this way, we can retain your advertising behavior while you are using the app. We will treat this information as personal information.

 

ii. Data about Your Use of the Service

Number of clicks, landing pages, pages viewed, and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, number of times the app was opened, and some viewed pages. Permissions status. Whether the function is running normally, such as whether a virus is detected. Number of apps installed by users, package name, first open time timestamp, app brand, app net status, Firebase device ID, app model, SIM card country, system language, etc. Advertisers may store or read cookies. This data will only be passed to the certified third-party statistical platforms: Firebase and our self-built data statistics system.

 

iii. Monetization and Analytical Information from Other Sources

Third-party SDKs integrated into our app may access your information, including:

• Google Advertising ID

• Demographic data (e.g., determination of your IP address)

• Data to fight against fraud (e.g., click fraud in advertising)

• Data associated with your device (e.g., device type, technological information, country)

• Data to do advertising, marketing, and analysis

• Advertisers may store or read cookies

The information collected by third-party SDKs is governed by the providers of these SDKs, and we have no control over such third parties. The third parties include monetization partners, such as Google Admob, etc., and analytical tools partners, such as Firebase and our self-built data statistics system. iv. Android Advertising Identifier

We use your Android advertising identifier to provide you with a customized advertising experience. It is used exclusively for advertising and analytics. Please note that the advertising identifier does not contain any user-sensitive information that can be used to identify you as a user or your device. It is not connected to personally-identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifier (for example: SSAID, MAC address, IMEI, etc.).

 

v. Other Information

We may collect information directly and voluntarily provided by you. This information may include but is not limited to your email address, feedback content, and responses to questionnaires.

 

vi. Specific Countries

For all the above information, in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or any equivalent legislation collectively referred to as "Data Protection Laws," we process the personal information of users located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland ("Designated Countries") based on our contract with you.

 

2. How Do We Use The Information?

 

We use this information to provide you with services and optimize and improve our services.

 

3. What Information Do We Share?

 

As mentioned above, your personal information may be shared with our third-party partners. We may disclose your personal information to our business partners, including advertisers, publishers, and data tracking companies. These business partners may use your personal information to display advertisements to you, measure your ad/website interactions, and better understand website and application traffic usage or user behavior to improve their services. The use of such information by these partners will be governed by their privacy policies.

 

4. What Important Permissions Do We Request?

 

Depending on the context of your interactions with us, we may ask you to provide certain permissions to ensure the proper functioning of our app. You may choose to opt-out at any time, but please note that not granting us these permissions may result in the app not working correctly. • Necessary to comply with legal requirements (e.g., to comply with applicable accounting rules and mandatory disclosures to law enforcement authorities).

• Necessary for our legitimate interests (e.g., to manage our relationship with you, ensure the security of our services, communicate with you about our products and services) and based on your consent (e.g., placing certain cookies and sharing your information with third parties for advertising purposes).

In some cases, you may be required to provide personal data to us for the purposes described above so that we can provide you with all our services and enable you to use all features of our application.

 

6. Your Rights

• Protecting our rights and property, and dealing with requests that are frivolous or burdensome.

i. Right to Withdraw Consent

If we rely on consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal.

ii. Access and Correction Rights

If you request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, we will provide it to you free of charge unless the law allows us to charge a fee. If such access would negatively impact the rights and freedoms of others, we may restrict your access. You may also request the correction or updating of any of your personal information that we hold, unless you can already do so directly through the service.

We will restrict the processing of your personal information for the period of time necessary for us to verify the accuracy of your personal information, which may result in partial or total interruption of our services.

We have prepared this separate Privacy Statement for California consumers to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and other California privacy laws. This statement is intended to supplement the

 

 information described in our main Privacy Policy and applies only to users ("consumers" or "you") residing in California.

i. Your Right to Request Information

Under the CCPA, you (or your authorized agent) have the right to request that we disclose information about how we collected, used, and shared your personal information in the past 12 months. This information includes: the categories of personal information we collected, the categories of sources from which we collected the personal information, the business purposes for which we collected the personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared the personal information.

 

ii. Your Right to Delete Information

iii. How to Exercise Your Rights

Only you or your authorized agent may make verifiable consumer requests related to your personal information. You may only make two verifiable consumer information requests within a 12-month period. Verifiable consumer requests must: provide enough information that allows us to reasonably verify your identity and confirm that we have collected personal information about you. Describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.

 

If we cannot verify your identity, we will be unable to respond accurately to your request.

 

iv. How We Respond to Your Requests

 

We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receiving them. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you of the reasons for the extension by email, telephone, or other electronic means.

 

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that a request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before fulfilling your request.

 

v. Non-Discrimination

 

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights. Such discrimination includes: denying you our services; charging you different prices or rates for our services; providing you a different level or quality of services; suggesting that you will receive different service prices or rates, or a different level or quality of services.

 

vi. Children's Data Collection Notice

 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary action. For users aged 13 to 16, they have the right to join, and if you are a parent or guardian of a user aged 13 to 16, you can also contact us.

 

9. Children's Privacy

 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
