By downloading, installing, or using the Digital HRS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Digital HRS is a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) platform designed to facilitate employee management, including but not limited to:
Attendance tracking (GPS/QR code).
Leave and permission management.
Payroll and salary slips viewing.
Task assignment and tracking.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
You agree to notify your HR department or our support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users agree not to:
Use "Mock Location" apps or any tools to faking GPS data for attendance.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the app’s infrastructure.
Use the app to upload malicious code or unauthorized content.
Digital HRS provides the platform "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any data loss or business interruptions caused by technical failures or maintenance.

To provide our HR services, we collect the following information:
Personal Identity: Name, employee ID, email, and phone number.
Location Data: We collect precise location data to verify attendance when you "Clock In" or "Clock Out." This data is only accessed while the app is in use for this specific purpose.
Camera & Gallery: Access is required for identity verification (Selfie-attendance) or for uploading profile pictures and official documents.
Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
To process payroll and attendance records for your employer.
To notify you of task updates or leave approvals via push notifications.
To ensure the security and integrity of the workplace by preventing time-theft.
Your Employer: Your data is primarily accessible to the HR administrators of the company you work for.
No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as dictated by your employer's data retention policy and local labor laws.
We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transmission and storage.
