Delete account

DELETE ACCOUNT – StoreControl

To delete your StoreControl account:

1. Open StoreControl

2. Go to Settings

3. Scroll down to "Delete account"

4. Confirm deletion

Data deleted immediately:

• Email address and login credentials

• All stores you own (admin)

• All memberships in other stores

• Items, tasks, and notes you have added

• Push notification tokens

Data retained (anonymized, not linked to your account):

• Product information and photos you may have contributed to our shared product database — these are anonymous community contributions, and cannot be attributed back to your deleted account

• Pseudonymized activity logs for up to 6 months for security purposes
