We take your privacy seriously. This document explains what information the application uses, how it is stored, and how it is handled. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal information except as described below.
All card data you add to the application is stored locally on your device. This information is not sent over the Internet unless you choose to archive your cards. When archiving is enabled, card data is stored in your private iCloud database associated with your Apple ID. Only the iCloud account holder has access to this data. You may create, view, and delete archives directly from the application.
Card data is never shared with any third party unless you choose to export your cards manually. Export is performed only through user-initiated actions, such as transferring cards to another device via the application’s Wi-Fi transfer feature or using the standard iOS Share option.
The application does not collect or transmit personal information such as names, phone numbers, ID numbers, or custom fields unless you choose to include such information in your cards. This information may be archived or exported as described above.
The application displays copyrighted materials such as card images, brand names, loyalty program titles, and company logos. All such materials remain the property of their respective copyright owners.
The application may request access to Location Services if you choose to record the location where a card was last used. Location data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted, shared, or uploaded to any server or third party. You may revoke location access at any time in your device settings.
The application may request access to Photos on your device if you choose to import an existing card image or if you scan barcodes from photos. Photo data is not stored by the application, is not uploaded to the cloud, and is not shared with third parties.
The application may request access to your Contacts if you choose to save card-related information (such as phone numbers or links) into your Contacts. This data is not stored within the application, is not uploaded to the cloud, and is not shared with third parties.
The application may request access to the microphone in order to perform voice search. Audio input is used only to process your search request, is not recorded or stored, and is not transmitted or shared with any third party. You may revoke microphone access at any time in your device settings.
If you use the archiving feature, your data is stored in a private iCloud database managed and secured by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. All iCloud storage and data handling is subject to Apple’s privacy and security policies.
The application offers in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments, billing information, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are processed solely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
The application uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as feature usage frequency, screen views, and technical performance. No personally identifiable information or card data is sent to Firebase. Analytics data is used only to improve the functionality and reliability of the application.
You may revoke access to Location services, Photos, Contacts or Microphone at any time via your device settings. All locally stored data can be removed by deleting the application from your device. iCloud archives may be deleted from within the application or through your iCloud account settings.
