Dear City Council Members,

My name is and I live in . I am writing to express my concern over the rezoning of the land on Main Street and 21st Avenue. The land was zoned commercially, and I do not think it should be rezoned to residential. Centerville needs more commercial opportunities. In the long run, the taxes from commercial will benefit the city more than residential. This is a prime location for retail, and taking this spot away could negatively impact the city.

Sincerely,
