We’re Working Oregonians Doing This in Our Downtime
As we alerted Oregon's Legislature's Judiciary Committees weeks ago, we are working Oregonians, doing this in our downtime — between raising our families, trying to survive on our own, or with a partner, working, going back to school for a new career, working a second job / gig work to afford such luxuries in OUR state like our water and electricity, to caregiving for our elderly parent/s – to simply we are just trying to stay afloat amid Oregon’s ever-climbing cost of living. And yet, we are the ones combing through late & WITHHELD public minutes KEPT FROM THE PUBLIC FOR 8 MONTHS, posted with no public acknowledgment. We have NOW uncovered with the previously WITHHELD CCP “public “ materials, further deeply problematic and alarming OREGON RULE changes that are in VIOLATION of CCP’s jurisdiction.
We now have discovered clear jurisdictional breach where the CCP unlawfully stepped beyond its authority. SECRET statewide law making— while the Judiciary Committees remains silent. We aren’t paid to do this. Our LEGISTLATIVES are.
We now realize it is more then just ORCP Rule 35 - it all of them and the CCP and the lack of PUBLIC TRANSPARENCY AND CLEAR VIOLATIONS HAPPENING and for HOW LONG?
Media alerted us to this current legislative session that there was so much deception occurring. with the PUBLIC being kept in the dark and mislead in public hearings --how senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and attorney - Chair Floyd Prozanski was caught deceiving the PUBLIC this session.
