Perfect for the type A couples who love to plan but don’t want to run the show on their wedding day. With our 2 Months Out Package, you’ll handle the planning, we’ll handle the execution. From vendor communication to timeline management, we make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and celebrate.
Unlimited email communication upon booking
Three pre-wedding planning sessions starting two months out from your wedding date to ensure every detail is covered
Final venue walkthrough within four months of the wedding date (Oregon Venues Only)
Wedding day timeline creation
Oregon Vendor Recommendations
Access to shared planning documents, a wedding planning checklist, and a sample décor shopping list
Option to rent from our décor inventory
Leading the ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
Vendor communication & vendor document provided 2 weeks leading up to the wedding day
Day-of coordination and communication with all vendors on the wedding day
Management of the event timeline throughout the ceremony and reception
Providing timeline cues to the DJ/Emcee
Sending everyone down the aisle
Working closely with the venue and venue coordinator
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise
Ensuring the event runs smoothly and stays on schedule
Emergency wedding day kit included
Delegation of decor setup and clean-up tasks (details provided separately below)
Assistance with minimal décor setup and clean-up on the day of the event
Total coverage: up to 10 consecutive hours on the wedding day. Custom packages are available upon request.
Assistant Requirement
For weddings with over 150 guests or when the ceremony and reception are held at two different locations, an assistant is required to ensure everything runs smoothly. A $200 assistant fee will be added in these cases to provide the support needed for seamless coordination across larger or more logistically complex events.

Whether you’re inviting little ones to your event or want a dedicated space where kids can hang out, we’ve partnered with experienced, background-checked nannies who specialize in wedding childcare or overnight childcare at hotels nearby the wedding!
These nannies are:
• Experienced with Weddings & Overnight childcare
• Happy to travel (based on availability)
• Qualified and Comfortable with a variety of age groups and group sizes
• Able to provide references upon request
