What data is stored
The app stores your venue data: name, zones, menu, bookings, guest list and load statistics. Data is stored on device and, when connected, synced to Google Firebase (Firestore) so the guest booking page works online. Sign-in is anonymous; you may optionally link a phone number, used only for sign-in and account recovery.
Guest page
If you publish your venue, its name, menu, zones and available booking windows become visible to guests via your public link. Guest contacts left during booking are visible only to you.
AI features
When scanning a menu photo or generating summaries, your data is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) and processed on servers outside your country. Data is sent only when you trigger an AI feature.
What we do not do
The app contains no ads, no third-party analytics and no trackers. We do not sell or share your data.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Apple. The app never sees or stores payment data.
Notifications
Push notifications are delivered via Apple and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Data deletion
Settings — Reset all removes the venue, bookings, menu and public page from the device and the cloud. Deleting the app erases local data.
