**Disclaimer: This document is a declaration of the Terms of Service of the Branham Stocks Club, produced by Benjamin DeWeese. Last updated September 23, 2020. The Branham Stocks Club team of staff are not financial advisors, nor are they licensed brokers. Any buy or sell, call or put recommendations, ideas, and commands are all hypothetical. This document will be presented at any altercation if and when school staff become involved, as well as whenever needed. If you would like to request a copy of this document, please message the current club president. By accepting the Terms of Service you also accept all rules and repercussions enforced through the rules. If you do not accept and are not willing to adhere to the Branham Stocks Club Terms of Service, you MUST terminate all use of our services and facilities.**

Key: The term "Staff of Branham Stocks Club" means any person who has been appointed a leadership role within the club and has been confirmed by the current club president. The terms "them" or "they" (with the understanding that capitalization may vary) refer to the subject being addressed or described.

T.O.S.

1. The Staff of Branham Stocks Club are not liable for any loss of equity and equity value.

2. In the case of an in person meeting, the Staff of Branham Stocks Club are not liable for any injury during, throughout, and within said meetings.

3. Investing can come with emotional stress. Any actions you take are independent and the staff team is not liable or responsible for them.

4. The Discord server that this club is ran on is not moderated by school staff. If an admin/ staff member feels the need to notify the school, action will be taken.

5. You must be a current student at Branham High School to join and remain in the club.

8. If any member is experiencing bullying or harassment within our club, it is up to their discretion to contact a Staff [member] of Branham Stocks Club.

9. It is completely up to the club member whether they wish to share financial information with anybody in the club.
