How can I register as a client?
Click the "Register Here" button and enter company information or send us an email requesting to become a client. We will set you up in our secure portal and send you a password. Your email address will be your username.
How can I join your notary team?
Click the “Join Our Notary Team” button and complete the form to join.
How do I schedule a closing?
Sign into your account on our secure portal and enter the closing details, ie. Signer’s info, type of signing, signer’s location, special instructions, etc.
How much time in advance is required to schedule a closing?
Typically, we ask for a two-hour time frame to schedule a closing. But we know that emergencies happen and a closing can be scheduled within minutes.
Do you have Errors & Omissions Insurance?
Yes, we have a one million dollar errors and omissions insurance policy.

Valid and current original government issued photo ID e.g. driver's license issued by DMV, original U.S. passport or identification card or military ID. Please call for other forms of ID.
What are your payment options?
We accept all type of payments, ie. checks, including e-checks, credit cards, cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, etc.

Please complete all forms except signatures and areas to be notarized which must be signed in the presence of the notary.
