The workshop will take place from Monday, May 5, 2025 to Thursday, May 8, 2025. Please note that the intended arrival date for participants is on Sunday, May 4. We plan to start Monday at 9am and will finish on Thursday after lunch. A more detailed program will become available closer to the workshop.

Hotel Zuiderduin is reachable via public transportation by taking the bus route 165 from Alkmaar Station. To get to Alkmaar station from Schiphol Airport and other arrival points, please see the timetables provided by the Dutch Railways.

We are currently looking into booking a taxi shuttle from the slightly closer Heiloo Station; participants will be contacted closer to the workshop regarding their preference and shuttle possibilities.
