Important Dates

• Registration opens: June 2, 2022

• Last date for registration through google form: June 30, 2022

• Display of shortlisted candidates: July 05, 2022

• Workshop dates: July 18-24, 2022

Steps followed for registration

1. Candidates have to register through the google form given below (Internal candidates are not allowed)

2. Based on their merit and research domain, only 25 candidates will be shortlisted by the organizing committee.

3. Shortlisted candidates shall register themselves through NITJ portal by paying the registration fee of INR 200/- along with 18% GST within the given time. Portal detail will be shared on a later stage.

4. If any candidate does not wish to register, candidates in the waiting list will be informed for registration through their mail.

5. As per the SERB norms, TA, accommodation, and food expenses will be borne by NIT Jalandhar for the participants who will be attending the workshop.

6. The maximum number of participants allowed for this course will be 25 only.
