The Parish Film is  a "home movie" about church life at St Mary Magdalene, that was made in the 1950s. The film, which has  no sound, takes a light-hearted look at events such as choir practice, services, a fete in the vicarage garden, and the choirboys' trip to the seaside. 

The film was digitalised in 2018, when members of the congregation (a few of whom appear in the film) were able to see it together.
