This website was created by Ryan Monahan a student at Southern Illinois  University of Edwardsville. It was created for a capstone class that was designed to prepare the students for life as a citizen of the United States after graduating college. The inspiration for this website comes from his background as a computer sciecne major who has a deep interest in city planning and housing policy that was formed through one of his honors courses that was focused on those topics.
