Disclosures:

 Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:

 By booking an event with STL Bubble Truck, the client acknowledges that participation in foam parties and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, or other minor injuries that may occur during active play.

 While STL Bubble Truck uses equipment and foam products designed to be safe, non-toxic, and suitable for recreational use, participants are responsible for exercising reasonable caution while engaging in the activity.

 By completing a booking, the client agrees to assume all risks associated with participation in the foam party and releases STL Bubble Truck, its owners, employees, and representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.

 The client further agrees to supervise all participants, particularly minors, and acknowledges that STL Bubble Truck does not provide individual supervision of guests.

Deposit & Reservation Policy: 

Booking can be secured through a deposit for organizations only. Personal events are to be paid in full. 

 When a deposit is required, the reservation will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the event; the remainder due needs to be submitted in full at least 48 Hours before the event. 

If cancelled within 45 days of the event, the entire deposit will be forfeited 

Business Name & Billing Disclosure:

STL Bubble Truck operates under the legal business entity, The Happy Hexagon LLC.

 Depending on the payment processor, bank, or credit card provider used during checkout, charges related to your booking may appear on your statement as “The Happy Hexagon LLC. or STL Bubble Truck”

This charge reflects the official registered business responsible for providing STL Bubble Truck services.

 If you have any questions regarding a charge on your statement, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist in confirming your booking and payment details.

Weather Policy:

STL Bubble Truck parties are a water-based activity, and light rain typically does not impact the fun. For this reason, events will generally proceed as scheduled in the case of light rain or mild weather conditions.

In the event of severe or unsafe weather, including lightning, dangerous storms, or other hazardous conditions, STL Bubble Truck will work with the client to reschedule the event for a mutually agreeable date.

Because event dates require reserving time, equipment, and scheduling availability, payments made to reserve an event are non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel their event without rescheduling, the payment will be forfeited.

Our goal is always to provide a great experience, and we are happy to work with clients to find an alternate date whenever weather conditions make an event unsafe to operate
