District Manager
Josh Day is the Starkville, MS and Little Rock, AR District Manager. Josh has worked with Cutco since he was in high school at Northwest Rankin and continued working throughout college. He majored in Exercise Science at The University of Southern Mississippi. After finishing up school Josh did an internship with Cutco in Tupelo, MS and then was offered a full time career position. Josh was apart of every leadership position you could hold with Cutco throughout college and won multiple scholarships. 2024 was Josh’s first full year open as a manager where his office finished #4 in the company in his first full year. Josh’s favorite part about working with Cutco is the relationships he has built with his mentors and peers. When Josh is not working he enjoys going to the gym, watching sports, and spending time with his fiancee and friends.
Atley Thompson
Sales Manager
Atley Thompson is originally from Starkville and is currently a sophomore at East Central Community College studying sports management with a minor in business. She is on the lady warrior soccer team and serves as the public relations secretary for phi theta kappa. Atley started working with Cutco in January 2024 and is excited to continue learning from her manager and coworkers. Her favorite part about working with Cutco is interacting with people. Cutco has aloud her to reconnect with family friends and meet countless new people. Atley is using her opportunity with Cutco to build her resume, learn more about sales, and make connections with people.
Hali Hollman
Assistant Manager
Hali Hollman is a junior at Mississippi State University studying Communication- Broadcast and Digital Journalism and minoring in Pre-Law. Hali plans on attending law school and working in Entertainment Law. On campus she is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, Fashion Board, Luckyday Scholars Program, and Pre-Law Society. She has been working with Cutco for 5 years now. Hali is an assistant manager in our office and loves her job because of the amazing friends she has made and the connection with customers who have helped her in her Cutco career and in her personal life. Hali says that Cutco has given her a professional mindset and kickstarted her professional life so quickly. She loves the competition and community aspects of the company along with the special bonds she shares with her co-workers.
Davis Cress
Assistant Manager
Davis is a junior at the University of Alabama college of business. Davis hopes to run his own business one day. On campus, he is a part of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Davis had worked with Cutco for 4 years. Davis says the best part about his job is the connections he’s made with his coworkers as well as his customers that he will treasure for a lifetime. He also says Cutco has shown him what it takes to run a business and credits Cutco for giving him skills and mindsets needed to succeed.
Ava Poe
Assistant Manager
Ava Poe is a sophomore at Mississippi State University college of Arts and Sciences as a communications major. On Campus she is an executive member of Alpha Delta Pi, member of the National Collegiate Advisory Committee for Aloha Delta Pi, active minds member, Athletic Academic Tutor and consecutively on presidents list. Ava has been working with Cutco for eight months and loves her job because of the positive work experience and opportunities for growth.
Raelyn Crager
Assistant Manager
Raelyn Crager is a Junior at Mississippi State University studying Communication- Broadcast and Digital Journalism. Raelyn plans to work in the field of athletics specializing in reporting. On campus she is a member of Game Day Operations within the athletic department. Raelyn is an assistant manager in our office and loves her job because she has learned great communication skills while also getting to work with her friends. Raelyn loves the competitive part of working alongside her friends with Cutco and she says it keeps everything interesting. She also enjoys making new connections with customers that lasts a lifetime.
Andy Lauland

Andy Lauland is a Freshman in his 2nd semester at Arkansas State University-Beebe. Andy is studying in Business. He plans on getting and Associates of Science degree, then later transferring to Arkansas State University to gets his bachelors degree in Business Administration. Andy hopes one day to become his own boss and a public speaker to shaper young minds and make an impact on Society in a positive way! He Has been with Cutco from 8 months now. Andy is a Sales Manager in our office and loves his jobs because of all the amazing connections he’s made, in both customers and friends. They have helped in my both his Cutco journey and personal life. Andy says Cutco has changed him for the better by giving the Knowledge, Courage, and Charisma to go after anything he can put his mind to. He loves the competition and community aspects of the company along with the special bonds he shares with his co-workers.
Braddock Yoakem
Assistant Manager
Braddock is a freshman a Mississippi State college of engineering.Braddock hopes to one day use his education to help design and develop new technologies. He is active on campus through the power lifting club and the Engineering design club. He had been working at Cutco for 6th months and loves the community and group at the Starkville office. Braddock’s found that Cutco is a great place to learn the important soft skills that apply in every field and every day life. He learned the important skills of scheduling, communication, and commitment. Through Cutco he’s also found many opportunities for success and found great friends along the way.
Noah McLain
Assistant Manager
Noah McLain is an ambitious astronautical aerospace engineer at Mississippi State University, where he is working towards his goal of designing rocket propulsion systems. With nearly six months of experience as an assistant manager at Cutco, Noah has cultivated a diverse skill set that goes beyond technical expertise. He says his time at Cutco has strengthened his communication, organizational, and team-building abilities, all of which have played a pivotal role in shaping his leadership style. Additionally, the role has provided him with the unique opportunity to connect with a wide range of individuals, allowing him to build a personal network while gaining valuable life lessons and industry knowledge. Noah says his experience at Cutco has not only enhanced his professional growth but also deepened his understanding of the importance of relationships and effective leadership in any field.
