Attendance

Attendance is required to receive your sacraments.

Documents Needed

• Birth Certificate – EVERYONE

• Baptismal Certificate – Those that have been baptized

• First Communion Certificate – Those that have received their First Communion

Sponsors Documents

• If married, they must be married through the church (need certificate)

• If living with someone as a couple, they are not eligible to sponsor

• If single, they must be confirmed (need certificate)

Please submit the sponsor’s name and documents to dcnflyrcia@gmail.com or the classroom teacher by January 17, 2023.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME AND PICK UP YOUR CHILD AT 7:00.

Tienen que asistir los clases para poder recibir los sacramentos.

Documentos Necesitados

• Acta de nacimiento – TODOS

• Certificado de Bautismo - Aquellos que han sido bautizados

• Certificado de Primera Comunión - Aquellos que han recibido su Primera Comunión

Padrinos Documentos de padrio/madrina

• Si es casado, tiene que ser casados por la iglesia (certificado necesario)

• Si vive con alguien como pareja, no pueden ser padrinos

• Si es soltero(a), tiene que ser confirmado(a). (certificado necesario)

Por favor mande el nombre de padrino o la madrina para la fecha del 17 de enero de 2023. Los documentos podran ser mandados por correo electronico a dcnflyrcia@gmail.com o puede mandarlos a la maestra.
