Corona Virus Update
Dear Members of St. Johns Nekimi,
We must of course observe some rules to keep our congregation safe, especially for our “AT RISK” members. The first and foremost rule is if you are ill in any way, please stay home. We are relying on everyone to screen themselves.
When you enter Church there will be a greeter at the entrance to open doors. Please try not to touch the door handles any more than absolutely necessary. Also, there will be a hand sanitizing station just inside the entrance.
When you are in Church please practice social distancing. Leave at least six feet between yourself and your fellow worshipers. Also, please leave at least 1 empty pew between each other. Of course members of the same household may stay together.
The front 2 pews will be reserved for Wednesday night services only. Since this virus lives up to 5 days on paper (Hymnals), this should give enough time for the virus to die before being used again.
As we do our best to keep our Church as safe as possible, we understand if you are apprehensive of this virus and will understand your absence, but please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we will you. We are all one family in Christ.
As much as I hate to say this, I must, to keep our Church safe; St. John’s Lutheran Church of Nekimi is not responsible for the health of anyone who enters these premises during this pandemic.
May God’s love guide and protect all his flock. Welcome!

Welcome to St. John's
St. John’s is a country church south of Oshkosh and north of Fond du Lac and well worth the short drive. Our pastor delivers amazing sermons and is dedicated to his chosen profession. We believe that he is one of the best in his field, in that respect. He reminds us of our duties as Christians, to spread God’s word, ask for forgiveness of our sins, and to put our faith in Jesus. At St. John’s Church, we believe in following the scriptures and that salvation lies in Jesus Christ. Please join us.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
St. John’s is a church family committed to the authority of the Bible as the inspired Word of God. In keeping with the Lutheran Confessions, we believe all doctrines should and must be judged by the teaching of Scripture… it matters
Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the Gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe. We confess Jesus Christ is the Word of God incarnate, through whom everything was made and through whose life, death…
