Lenten Adult Forum—Journey with us this Lent as we deepen our spirituality through the practice of Lectio Divina, or Divine Reading and Centering Prayer, or the Prayer of Consent. Beginning Sunday, February 22nd to March 22nd, we will gather in our Compostela Room at 9:30 AM. We will begin by engaging in Lectio Divina for 15 minutes, as we read a sacred text together; and then we will silently reflect upon and respond to it, and rest in God’s presence. We will then spend 15 minutes engaging in Centering Prayer. We will close by silently setting an individual intention. ALL are WELCOMED to join us in learning and practicing these renewed forms of ancient Contemplative prayer during our Lenten season.
