Mrs Mary Francis Bafabalya who leads St. Jospeh as the incharge. Having worked for over 50 years as an Enrolled Nurse and Midwife, she leads the team in the culture of selfless service delivery and respect for human diginity through medical service provision and ethics promotion. We call her Senior, Consultant and Mummy.

Due to the meagre income of the community members, the Centre cannot raise enough money to pay staff. We thus do not have staff in several medical sections in which our clients need.
