Ffridd Mawr. Within 100m of the property is a stunning area of woods, wetland and fields with plenty of paths to explore. Its a candidate Site of Special Scientific Interest due to its amazing plant diversity.
Bangor, with its fabulous pier is 5 miles away.
Cwm Idwal National Nature Reserve is a 15 minute drive
Beautiful beaches galore on Anglesey - this one is near Rhosneigr and approximately a half hour drive away.
There are also beautiful stretches of coast on the mainland - this is by the Spinnies nature reserve on the Menai Straits, approximately 15 mins drive away. The Great Orme and Puffin Island can be seen in the distance.
And this one is at Dinas Dinlle about 30 mins away. The hills of the Lleyn Peninsula in the background.
Snowdon and the Watkin Pools. Snowdon can be climbed from Llanberis which is 8 miles from the property.
The fabulous Menai Suspension Bridge is definitely worth a visit. There are some lovely woodland walks along the straits here too. 15 mins away.
