Stitch Khata is an offline production and workforce management app for embroidery factory owners and supervisors. It keeps machine-wise and shift-wise stitch production, worker attendance, bonus and salary in one place, so paper registers and worker khata become easier to manage.

🧵 Production Entry
Daily flow: Select the machine and shift, then enter worker attendance and the final stitch count.
Details you can record: Date, machine, shift, worker, stitches, attendance, frames, thread breaks and notes.
Editing entries: Review and correct entries for any date from the production records.
👷 Workers, Machines & Shifts
Workers: Create worker profiles and assign machines and shifts. See each worker’s production, attendance, bonus and salary details.
Machines: Save machine number, specification, head count, location and status, and view machine-wise production history.
Shifts: Use morning and night shifts, or create and edit custom shifts.
💰 Bonus, Salary & Khata
Bonus slabs: Set bonus slabs based on stitch production. The applicable bonus is calculated automatically.
Salary: Base salary is calculated from attendance, then bonus, advances and deductions are applied. You can track salary status.
Advances and deductions: Add entries per worker with amount, date and note.
Statements: Open a worker’s khata or export the statement as a PDF.
📊 Dashboard & Reminders
Dashboard: See an overview of production, shift summary, workers, machines, machine heads, bonuses and attendance, filtered by date range.
Reminders: Set notifications for shift changes and pending salaries.
Stitch Khata works without an internet connection. Your production, attendance and salary data is stored on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Because data lives on your device, deleting the app or losing the device can remove your records. Please keep PDF statements of important records as your own backup.
The app asks for permissions, such as notifications for reminders, only when a feature needs them and, where applicable, with your permission. Please read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
