1. Place Your Order with the Restaurant:
   Order directly at your chosen restaurant(s) — by phone, or online — and process payment if possible.
   If you successfully place your order, provide us with the order number(s) when booking the delivery with StirPoi and only pay delivery fee.
   
   

2. If You Can’t Pay Online:
   No problem!
   Simply:

• Send us your order number(s)

• Send the order amount(s)

• Include the delivery fee

We’ll pick up and pay upon collection for you.

3. If You Can’t Place the Order Yourself:
   Easy!
   Just send us your full order list (including item names, quantities, and expected costs), plus our admin fee and delivery fee, and we'll gladly place the order on your behalf.

Whenever we need to place an order on your behalf, a small Admin Fee will apply.

Car Delivery within 5km (from Thabong) R40.00

Car delivery Boitumelo Mall to Thabong R45.00

Car Delivery (Outside Thabong within 5km) R50.00

Additional Distance Charge R5.00 per extra km

💡 Example:

If you request a food pickup from Thabong to Thabong using a motorbike, your delivery would cost R30.00.

If you request a food pickup from Boitumelo Mall to Thabong using a motorbike, your delivery would cost R35.00.

If the delivery is 7km outside Thabong, using a bike, your delivery cost would be:

• R40.00 + (2km x R5) = R50.00

If you request a food pickup from Thabong to Thabong using a car, your delivery would cost R40.00.
If you request a food pickup from Boitumelo Mall to Thabong using a car, your delivery would cost R45.00.
If the delivery is 7km outside Thabong, using a car, your delivery cost would be:

• R50.00 + (2km x R5) = R60.00
