We currently have several openings in the group:
two Master's internships (spring 2026) on projects related to machine-learned interatomic potentials for chemistry reactivity. One is in collaboration with Marylou Gabrié and Damien Laage, on generative modelling, and the other one in collaboration with Marco Saitta, on prebiotic chemistry.
we are currently offering opportunities for one Master’s internship, one PhD position, and one postdoctoral position to work on machine-learned interatomic potentials applied to CO₂ reduction, in collaboration with Damien Laage. These positions may focus either on methodological developments or on application-driven research, depending on the candidate’s interests and expertise.
Furthermore, we are always seeking for talented young researchers who would be interested in discussing research opportunities in our group. Motivated candidates are strongly encouraged to contact us to discuss about opportunities from local, national or European sources that can be considered once a candidate has been identified. A number of group members have been successfully funded by such schemes in the recent past.
In all cases, interested candidates should contact us by e-mail, together with an up-to-date curriculum vitae and contact information for one or two references. Contact information can be found at the bottom of G. Stirnemann's CV.
