REGISTRATION

• Registration is to be done as a team of 2

• The registration fee is INR 500 per team

• Participation few waiver will be offered for deserving candidates, especially doctors working in not-for-profit and mission hospitals. To apply for a participation fee waiver, please send a mail to cmctox@gmail.com

• Only members from the same institution can form a team

• A team may consist of members from different specialities

• Valid ID card / Bonafide certificate confirming your institutional affiliation and student/employment status should be brought on the day of the quiz

• Registration does not ensure right to participate. The team should fulfill the eligibility criteria and should have valid institutional ID cards / bonafide letter from the institutional head for participation. The Decision of the organizing team will be final.

• It is advisable to confirm eligibility by contacting us via phone/WhatsApp/Mail, in case of any doubt, before making the registration fee payment. The registration fee is non-refundable.

• The registration is a 2-step process : 1. Making the payment using the Payment link 2. Completing the Registration form

• You will get an automated mail to the payee's E-Mail ID after successful payment and a confirmation mail from the organisers within 48 hours of payment regarding successful registration status (We have noticed that occasionally these mails go to the SPAM folder. Please check your Spam folders as well)

• To add your number to the STING 2025 WhatsApp group for live updates click on the link at the bottom of the page

• If you are ready to register, click on the link below and follow the instructions to make payment, then use the registration link to register

• If you have been awared a registration fee waiver or if you are a student in CMC Vellore, you may proceed to the registration form directly

• REGISTRATION FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
